At least in Zendesk, you have the option to disable all shortcuts (click your profile icon > Keyboard Shortcuts > setting at the bottom) You can't even disable the shortcuts there. It affected all applications, but since we mostly used that particular shortcut with Zendesk, we first thought it was a change on Zendesk's end, but it was Microsoft.
